N E W S U P D A T E.
I have replace almost every part, all cylinders, hydraulic pump, cords, locks, everything except the ECU and the parts in front near the grip. The fact is that it has been getting even worse during the exchange. the roof lid is the very problem, it won't open, the pump is just schrecking and the boom, dead. I have errorcodes in VAG-COm that the right upper hydrualic cylinder is bad, N83 on the pump is bad...
I found a Steuergerät in Hamburg, two weeks ago and today I installed it as a very last hope to get this D!€0eOw%n cabrio to work.
I installed the ECU and started up VAG-COM to reset it, and do you know what?

The cab season is almost over here in Sweden but my daughter is sitting outside and opening, closing, opening and closing the roof.
So to look back. The cords in the back lid was broken, the oil in th pump was gone. I fixed that and had a lot of other errors that you all read about in this thread. But when I changed the ECU that so many said never break. Every single errorcode in VAG-COM disappeared.
So if you have a problem simular to mine. Do yourself a favour and check the cords and then change the Steuergerät, prompt. You will save hundreds of hours of checking for errorcodes and save a lot of money as well.
