I found them under the steering wheel.

I cleaned them and put them in place but still no power windows down. I checked them separately and what happens then is that only the left driver window is working. But with both inserted all Power windowns lowers. I am on my way to the garage to clean up the holders as well, may be corrosion in them.
Arer these relays for the power windows only or do they have any function with the rest of the roof?
