As I told you you should make use of this Excel-file, created by Mech. Unfortunately the PDF-version doesn't show any of the comments Markus added in Excel. These comments make the procedure much clearer.

Let me try to translate to fasten it a bit:

Group one
N187 magnetic switch pulls: NO
J321 pump relay works: NO
J292 relay windows up: NO
K98 roof light in dashboard lit: NO
J291 relay windows down: NO

Group two
N186 lock roof lid: NO
N94 unlock roof: NO
N93 lower bracket: NO
N92 lift bracket: NO
N91 close roof: NO
N90 open roof: NO
N89 close roof lid: NO
N88 open roof lid: NO

0 means NO, 1 means YES.
