Defect roof

Hi,

I have an Audi 80 convertible from 1995.

Unfortunately nothing happens when trying to open the roof. I can hear the switch clicking in the luggage, but nothing happens. I tryid to messure the power on the 4mm2 wire (red/black) by the relay in the trunk, and there is no power on this. I found out that fuse number 24 is for this, but i cant figure out where this fuse 24 is located. I checked fuse number 24 in engine fuse box and tryed to find one under the steering wheel, but i cant find it
