I am frustrated by these Wotan AG peoples. I prepaid my order and i dont get any parts from them and now they dont response to my emails or fax

I have lost a lot of money because they dont have send the products to me. Are they cheaters or whats going on, is here somebody who know?

i never bought parts from them but i'd never heard or read anything that they might be cheaters.

Did you try to call them ?

i think it's worth to try to get in contact by phone. Maybe there's a simple reason that they don't respond to your mails or faxes.....

i tryed to call them one minute ago and had success......

The guy at the phone said that he's alone and have several lines to handle..so some people think that no one is there. And - he told me that they have approx. 800 mails a day.....

Please try to get in touch by phone....

He proposed that- if you give me your details - maybe order or invoice number, he will have a look, what's wrong with your order....

I'll do this for you, but please first try to call them again..
