Klaus,
If you intend to close one of the original holes you will end up with an unbalanced hub. The center of gravity of the hub will no longer be in the geometrical hub center. If you intend to go for such a solution, close at least two (opposite) holes.
I would not try to close any hole at a hub. I guess you intend to weld the hole?
Welding weakens the area around the weldspot due to a changed structural grid inside the material.
Secondly, due to the massive amount of heat that is locally applied to the part during welding, there is a good chance to end up with a weavy and spoilt hub.
Another comment on your drawing.
Why don´t you read through the second link that TUX wrote? There you can see correct drawings.
Finally, I would encourage you to go on this website and find a converter that fits and is tested and approved and allowed... Just go to "Kataloger" or "Adaptionsspacere".
